Can you work from an existing cable sample?
Yes. Send the cable markings, photographs and any available specification. We will arrange a physical sample review if needed.
Do I need a complete drawing before contacting you?
No. Describe the connection, known wire sizes, installation conditions and quantity. Tell us which dimensions or requirements are still open so they can be included in the technical discussion.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the construction, materials and supply lengths. Include the quantity and unit you need, and separate the initial order from any expected repeat demand so we can quote for the right requirement.
Do you offer free samples?
We offer free samples.
Can I request a particular approval or test report?
Include the exact standard, target market and document required. We will review its applicability to the proposed construction. A company certificate or an approval for another cable does not automatically cover a new design.
What happens if the specification changes after sampling?
Identify the changed dimensions, materials or operating conditions and the drawing revision. The changes need technical review; they may affect testing, price or delivery. Confirm the revised specification before proceeding.
