Silicone wire & cable / Silicone Ignition Wires
Custom ignition leads: 1.0 mm² conductor, 5 mm or 7 mm diameter briefs.
Start with stranded tinned copper and silicone insulation, then match the cable diameter, length and end connections to the ignition equipment. A glass-fibre-braided, silicone-sheathed version is a separate development route.

Custom ignition leads follow the agreed equipment duty, cable construction and terminal drawing. Ignition voltage, dielectric-test voltage and continuous working voltage remain separate specification fields.

Inside silicone processing
Our production equipment includes silicone extruders and silicone rubber mixing machines.
Our process, quality inspection and custom development teams can review your specification and project requirements.
Why ANYANG
Factory facilities, drawing review and visible inspection work support a clear cable specification.
Silicone extrusion and rubber mixing equipment are part of our production facilities. Take a closer look at the workshop.

Quality & testing

Custom configurations
These are custom project starting points. The system duty, released cable specification and sample acceptance establish the final rating and connection compatibility.
A 1.0 mm² stranded tinned-copper conductor with a nominal 5 mm or 7 mm outside diameter is a concrete starting point. Define the required ignition duty and continuous temperature, such as a 180°C (356°F) project requirement, with the equipment conditions.
For a separately specified covered construction, develop tinned copper → silicone insulation → glass-fibre braid → silicone outer sheath. Choose the conductor size and finished diameter for the system rather than transferring the dimensions of the single-insulation version.
Use the transformer and electrode drawings to define straight or right-angle layouts, terminal/boot interfaces, cable length and stripped lengths. Match the cable diameter to the connection and review the complete route.
Not interchangeable
A 15 kV or 20 kV dielectric-test target can be specified for the selected construction, with its method and duration. It is not a continuous operating-voltage rating.
| Description | What to provide | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Operating or ignition requirement | The system requirement, waveform and conditions | A universal cable structure or compatibility with every ignition system. |
| Withstand test | Test method, voltage, duration and acceptance | A continuous working-voltage rating or service life. |
| Breakdown value | The defined test conditions and result, if required | A permissible operating voltage for the cable. |
Technical review
Bring the system requirement, cable envelope and connections into one review.
Specify conductor size, ignition pulse or RMS duty, continuous temperature, cable length and outside diameter. The 1.0 mm² and 5/7 mm examples are project starting points rather than a universal ignition-wire specification.
Include the transformer and electrode interfaces, straight or angled end layout and cable route. Cable length, suppression components and routing limits follow the specific ignition-system instructions.
State the required verification, documentation, sample needs and order quantity. The proposed specification must establish the construction and ratings.
Custom & supply
We manufacture custom cables to the agreed project specification. Share your drawing, operating conditions, quantity and delivery destination so we can define the construction, samples and supply terms.
Discuss your specificationPacking & delivery
Include the required length per coil or reel, order quantity, labelling and delivery destination. Packing method, minimum order quantity and lead time are confirmed for the project.

A custom brief can start with 1.0 mm² stranded tinned copper, silicone insulation and a 5 mm or 7 mm outside diameter. A glass-fibre-braided, silicone-sheathed construction is another route with its own dimensions. Match both to the equipment duty and connection drawings.
Supply the system’s operating or ignition-voltage requirement and identify test and breakdown values separately. Include the waveform and relevant conditions.
Yes. Provide the transformer and electrode drawings, the terminal or boot interface, cable length and route. The proposed straight or right-angle connection layout is checked as an assembly with the selected cable.
CABLE SELECTION & QUOTATIONS
You do not need an ANYANG model number. Share a drawing, existing cable marking or a description of your equipment.
Include the quantity you need and any known dimensions, voltage, temperature or movement requirements. We will check the specification with you.
