FIXED CONNECTIONS
Cabinet-to-machine wiring
Provide the connection diagram, core arrangement and cable exit details for the equipment.
APPLICATION / Woodworking machinery
Cabinet-to-machine connections and protected internal wiring.
For cabinet-to-machine and protected internal wiring, we start from YGG silicone-sheathed cable: tinned-copper cores under a silicone sheath, up to 20 cores, rated −60 °C (−76°F) to +180 °C (356°F) continuous and +200 °C (392°F) short-term.

AT A GLANCE
Each woodworking-machine connection and the silicone cable we start from.
| Connection | Cable construction | Key point |
|---|---|---|
| Cabinet-to-machine wiring | YGG silicone-sheathed cable | 2 × 0.14 mm² to 5 × 10 mm², up to 20 cores |
| Protected internal routes | YGG silicone-sheathed cable | Dust and chip protection defined by the machine design |
| CNC and handling motion | Separate motion specification | Not for cable-carrier service |
CONNECTION TASKS
YGG silicone-sheathed cable is a general power, control and connection cable for electrical equipment. Dust, chip impact and continuous motion on woodworking machines need to be specified and reviewed.

FIXED CONNECTIONS
Provide the connection diagram, core arrangement and cable exit details for the equipment.

ROUTING
Protected internal wiring routes within machine enclosures. Exposed runs require suitable mechanical protection.

MOVING AXES
Submit the moving-route drawing and motion profile separately. A cable designed for occasional movement is not suitable for cable-carrier service.
SELECTION CHECKS
Include these conditions with your enquiry so we can select the right cable.
The exposure at the cable location and the machine's mechanical protection decide the installation design.
Power, control or feedback duty, the terminals and the required screening define the cable.
Travel, bend radius, speed and cycles define any moving connection.

YGG / EQUIPMENT CONNECTION CABLE
APPLICATION LIMITS
The sheath material alone does not make an installation dust-tight or chip-resistant.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
Product datasheet and quotation checklist.
Construction, applications and size table.
Certification is model-specific; the marks on a datasheet do not replace a certificate.Send a drawing or existing cable specification with the following information.
BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
The YGG datasheet does not specify a chip-impact rating. Exposed routes need separate mechanical protection.
No. Power, feedback and moving-axis circuits need the machine builder’s specified cable requirements.
Yes. YGGP adds a tinned-copper braided screen under the silicone sheath. Confirm the core count, size and screening for your circuit.
