For equipment power and control connections, we start from YGG silicone-sheathed cable: tinned-copper cores under a silicone sheath, 2 × 0.14 mm² to 5 × 10 mm² with up to 20 cores, rated −60 °C (−76°F) to +180 °C (356°F) continuous and +200 °C (392°F) short-term.

Frequently asked questions
Does this page cover all cabling in a paper mill?
This page covers equipment power and control wiring. Medium-voltage distribution, network and drive cables use separate specifications.
Is resistance to process water or chemicals confirmed?
The YGG datasheet describes limited resistance to acids, alkalis and oils, but does not give compatibility results for specific paper-process fluids.
How many cores are available in YGG?
From 2 cores up to 20 cores, in sizes from 0.14 mm² to 10 mm², with outside diameters from 4.1 mm to 19.3 mm.
