Silicone wire & cable / Braided Silicone Cables
Glass-fibre protection, copper screening or an outer steel braid.
Choose the braid by its job. We can develop a silicone cable around a glass-fibre protective covering, a tinned-copper electrical screen or an outer metal braid, with the layer arrangement and verification agreed for your project.

Inside silicone processing
Our production equipment includes silicone extruders and silicone rubber mixing machines.
Our process, quality inspection and custom development teams can review your specification and project requirements.
Why ANYANG
Factory facilities, drawing review and visible inspection work support a clear cable specification.
Silicone extrusion and rubber mixing equipment are part of our production facilities. Take a closer look at the workshop.

Braid comparison
These are distinct custom design starting points supported by established cable constructions. Materials, dimensions and ratings are defined in the agreed project specification.
| Design route | Starting construction | Application focus |
|---|---|---|
| Glass-fibre protective braid | Stranded tinned copper → silicone insulation → impregnated glass-fibre outer braid. | Additional protective covering for internal appliance, heater and lighting connections; define the finish and stripping requirements. |
| Tinned-copper electrical screen | Insulated cores → wrapping → overall tinned-copper braid → silicone outer sheath. | Screened equipment connections; specify optical coverage, frequency requirements and screen termination. |
| Galvanised-steel outer braid | Silicone-insulated cores → silicone sheath → glass-fibre tape → outer galvanised-steel braid. | A mechanical-protection route for dry industrial installations. Define contact conditions and the available routing space. |
Layer position
Select the exposed protective covering or the internal electrical screen explicitly; they perform different jobs.
The documented YGGP braid sits beneath a silicone outer sheath. Confirm the materials on either side and the finished diameter.
Show what the braid surrounds. An overall screen does not establish individual core or pair screening.
For an external protective covering, choose the glass-fibre finish or metal-braid construction around the surface-contact conditions. Include the finished diameter and end preparation in the drawing.
What to specify
Supply dimensions together with the electrical or mechanical requirement.
State the braid material required and whether the purpose is electrical screening, mechanical protection or both.
Include the required screening or mechanical test and its acceptance criteria. A braid alone does not establish a tear or abrasion rating.
Provide the cable-entry, connector and stripping details that constrain the layer arrangement.
Custom & supply
We manufacture custom cables to the agreed project specification. Share your drawing, operating conditions, quantity and delivery destination so we can define the construction, samples and supply terms.

Choose glass-fibre braid for an additional protective covering, tinned-copper braid for electrical screening, or an outer steel braid for a separately specified mechanical-protection duty. The custom drawing identifies the material and layer position.
No. The YGGP sheet places the tinned-copper braided screen inside the silicone outer sheath. An exposed overbraid is a separate construction requirement.
Specify mechanical protection and electrical screening separately. The word “braided” alone does not establish the material or the required performance.
A concrete starting point is a stranded tinned-copper conductor, silicone insulation and an impregnated glass-fibre overbraid. Define conductor size, braid finish, finished diameter, operating temperature and required tests for the project.
CABLE SELECTION & QUOTATIONS
You do not need an ANYANG model number. Share a drawing, existing cable marking or a description of your equipment.
Include the quantity you need and any known dimensions, voltage, temperature or movement requirements. We will check the specification with you.
