Silicone Wire for
HVAC & Refrigeration Equipment

Heater leads and internal HVAC wiring.

We build HVAC leads and cables as custom projects on our YGG silicone-sheathed construction: tinned-copper cores under a silicone sheath, rated −60 °C (−76°F) to +180 °C (356°F) continuous and +200 °C (392°F) short-term in fixed installation.

CONNECTION TASKS

HVAC & refrigeration equipment wiring

Silicone-insulated, silicone-sheathed cable is used across the industry in heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

COLD ZONE

Low-temperature and cold-room wiring

Connections in freezers, cold rooms and refrigerated equipment where cables must stay flexible. Define the minimum temperature during installation and use.

Minimum operating temperature: −60 °C (−76°F) in fixed installation

SELECTION CHECKS

Operating conditions to specify

Include these conditions with your enquiry so we can select the right cable.

Temperature zones

The maximum temperature near heaters and the minimum in cold sections, in operation and during installation, define the range.

Moisture & condensation

Include condensation, defrost water and cleaning chemicals in the installation requirements.

Equipment standard

The equipment safety standard and the wire approvals it requires set the documentation.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY

Frequently asked questions

Does ANYANG make silicone heating wire?

No. We make connection wires and cables, not heating-element wire. Heater leads are reviewed with the element drawing.

Is silicone suitable for refrigerant or oil contact?

The YGG datasheet describes limited resistance to oils and weathering. It does not specify compatibility with particular refrigerants or oil grades.

What voltage ratings does YGG cover?

U0/U 300/300 V below 0.5 mm², 300/500 V for 0.5–4 mm², and 450/750 V for the heavy version from 4 mm². The version is confirmed with your quotation.
