Silicone Wire for
Home & Kitchen Appliances

Internal leads for electric-heating appliances.

We start from flexible silicone single-core wire: fine-stranded tinned copper with silicone rubber insulation, 28 AWG to 2 AWG, rated −60 °C (−76°F) to +180 °C (356°F) continuous and +200 °C (392°F) short-term in fixed installation.

CONNECTION TASKS

Home appliance wiring

This silicone single-core wire is for internal wiring of electric-heating equipment. It is not offered here for food contact or as an external appliance cord; the wire specification is not an appliance approval.

SELECTION CHECKS

Operating conditions to specify

Include these conditions with your enquiry so we can select the right cable.

Appliance specification

The appliance, its target market and the exact wire style or standard required define the wire.

Local installation

Routing temperature, enclosure conditions, clearances and terminal dimensions set the installation limits.

Approval & acceptance

The wire specification is not an approval for the finished appliance.
