Silicone wire & cable / Silicone-Sheathed Cables
Choose an all-silicone or screened sheathed cable for your equipment.
Start with a tinned-copper conductor, the required core insulation and a silicone outer sheath. Choose an unscreened YGG construction, a copper-braid-screened YGGP construction or a Class 6 extra-flexible sheathed design to suit the connection.

Inside silicone processing
Our production equipment includes silicone extruders and silicone rubber mixing machines.
Our process, quality inspection and custom development teams can review your specification and project requirements.
Why ANYANG
Factory facilities, drawing review and visible inspection work support a clear cable specification.
Silicone extrusion and rubber mixing equipment are part of our production facilities. Take a closer look at the workshop.

Quality & testing

Material layers
Choose the material of each layer explicitly. The factory YGG and YGGP sheets list silicone or “Teflon” core insulation; the extra-flexible sheathed sheet specifies silicone core insulation.
| Specification field | What it defines | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Core insulation | The insulation around each conductor | For an all-silicone build, specify silicone on each core and on the common outer sheath. For the factory-listed “Teflon” option, name the exact fluoropolymer in the project drawing. |
| Outer sheath | The common covering around the assembled cores | Confirm silicone sheath, finished diameter and the installation conditions. |
| Screening | A separate conductive layer, when specified | The YGGP sheet separately identifies a tinned-copper braided screen. |
Construction choices
These factory-documented layer arrangements provide a starting point for a custom size and installation brief.
Use tinned-copper conductors, the selected core insulation, tissue-paper wrapping and a silicone outer sheath. Define core count × cross-section, core identification and maximum finished diameter.
Add an overall tinned-copper braid beneath the silicone sheath for a screened connection. Specify the coverage target, screen termination and any required EMC measurements with the equipment design.
Start with the factory Class 6 tinned-copper / silicone-insulated / paper-wrapped / silicone-sheathed construction. Define the strand build and bend conditions for the selected size.
Dimensions & ordering
A core size alone does not define the space needed for a sheathed cable.
Specify core count × mm², maximum finished diameter, gland clamping range and stripped length. These dimensions establish fit at the cable entry and terminals.
Include the core colours or numbering, stripped lengths and equipment connection drawing.
The factory YGG application text distinguishes 180°C (356°F) continuous heat from 200°C (392°F) short-time exposure and calls for ventilation above 100°C (212°F). Define peak duration and route conditions in the project specification.
Custom & supply
We manufacture custom cables to the agreed project specification. Share your drawing, operating conditions, quantity and delivery destination so we can define the construction, samples and supply terms.
Discuss your specificationPacking & delivery
Include the required length per coil or reel, order quantity, labelling and delivery destination. Packing method, minimum order quantity and lead time are confirmed for the project.

No. The YGG factory sheet lists silicone or “Teflon” core insulation with a silicone outer sheath. Confirm the core-insulation material in the selected specification.
A silicone sheath does not define the screening arrangement. The YGGP family separately documents a tinned-copper braided screen. Specify screening when selecting the construction.
The reviewed YGG sheet describes fixed installation and occasional movement without imposed force. Continuous-flex suitability requires confirmation for the selected construction and operating conditions.
CABLE SELECTION & QUOTATIONS
You do not need an ANYANG model number. Share a drawing, existing cable marking or a description of your equipment.
Include the quantity you need and any known dimensions, voltage, temperature or movement requirements. We will check the specification with you.
