ANYANG / QUALITY ASSURANCE
From incoming material to finished cable.
Silicone cable testing at ANYANG runs in three stages: incoming materials, in-process construction checks and finished-cable inspection, each with its own record. The checks follow your cable specification, and we can discuss which records you need.

THREE STAGES OF INSPECTION
Our inspection procedure covers incoming materials, work in progress and finished cable. The inspection requirements follow the cable specification.

01 / INSPECTION
Check material identification, the supplied specification and inspection information before acceptance.

02 / INSPECTION
Confirm the first piece, then check the construction during production and after relevant process changes.

03 / INSPECTION
Inspect the completed cable against the inspection requirements and record the result before release.
A CLOSER LOOK AT THE CABLE
Inspection points change with the production stage. A single-core wire does not need every check used for a screened multicore cable.
See the manufacturing routes ↗TESTING FOR THE REQUIREMENT
Routine inspection and application-specific testing have different roles. Explore the equipment and conditions relevant to your specification.
CONDUCTOR & INSULATION
Electrical checks include conductor resistance, continuity and voltage withstand, using the specified limits and test conditions.
Cable identification · conductor size · test voltage and duration · resistance limits
HEAT & COLD
Thermal ageing and low-temperature winding evaluate different behaviours. The exposure conditions and acceptance criteria belong to the selected test plan.
Material and construction · exposure temperature · duration · sample preparation · acceptance criteria
BENDING & TORSION
The laboratory equipment includes repeated-bending and torsion machines. A motion requirement needs a suitable cable design and a defined test setup.
Installation and movement · bend or twist conditions · load · cycles · failure criteria
CONTROLLED FLAME EXPOSURE
A controlled flame test uses a specified method, sample arrangement and acceptance criteria. The required classification must be agreed for the exact cable.
Cable version · target standard and method · sample arrangement · acceptance criteria
Tests and acceptance criteria are specified for the selected cable and application.
MEASUREMENT & FOLLOW-THROUGH
Our quality procedure covers instrument status, nonconforming material and follow-up inspection.

Instrument identification, calibration status and suitability are checked for the measurement. Equipment outside its valid status is taken out of use for review.
Nonconforming material or cable is identified and segregated for review. The cause and agreed disposition are recorded.
Reworked or remade product is inspected again. Any exceptional release requires the agreed approval and supporting records.
INFORMATION FOR YOUR QUALITY TEAM
Tell us the cable, drawing revision and purpose of your document request. Report scope and availability are reviewed for the selected product.
The construction, dimensions and agreed performance requirements used to assess the cable.
The relevant incoming, process or finished-product inspection information for your request.
The identified sample, test method, conditions and result for the required performance assessment.
No. Inspection and test requirements are selected for the cable specification, the intended application and the agreed plan. A motion test is not a universal requirement for all silicone wire.
Provide the cable reference or drawing revision, the standard or test method, operating conditions and acceptance criteria. For motion tests, include the movement, bend radius or twist angle, load and cycle requirement.
Our procedure provides for review and approved testing by an external capable organisation. Confirm the method, scope and arrangements with the team before including it in your order.
